spent over
20 years in industry as a civil/structural engineer doing design and
construction. His
structural engineering background makes him unique, as he is believed to be the
only
home inspector in Berks County with a P.E. license to offer a structural
analysis of a
home. Ron has owned real estate for years. He takes pride in his ability to
personally
improve and repair his properties. Ron has personally done over 2500
inspections. His
hands on experience and wealth of knowledge in home improvement makes Ron
Zimmerman a great person to hire to do home inspections.

Experience
Rick has over 25 years experience as a general
contractor. He has done projects of all shapes and sizes in residential and
light commercial construction. He has personally done framing, concrete,
plumbing, electrical, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, and mechanical work. As a
home inspector, Rick has successfully used his vast construction experience to
help new home buyers better understand the home they are buying. Rick is also
a Christian minister. He has found that home inspections are a way to help
people using the skills and knowledge he has acquired. Rick is a friendly
people person that will go the extra mile to ensure you are an educated home
buyer at the conclusion of your home inspection. |

Jeff has apprenticed with experienced inspectors for
over three years. He has attended the accredited wood destroying insect
inspector program taught by the PA Pest Control Association. He has also taken
radon testing training and has been doing radon testing for over three years.
