married, it would be beneficial for both of you to attend, however, we ask that
no children be brought to the

| Taking photos and
measurements is common. |
| Bring the Pre-Inspection Agreement (PIA) along to the
inspection, or mail it in
with your payment prior to the inspection. |

| Bring the seller's disclosure document along to the
inspection. |
| You are welcome to
follow the inspector and ask questions. Taking notes is a
good idea, but the formal report will document the most important things.

| A normal inspection will last
about 2 hrs (+/-) |
| The completed inspection report will be mailed to you the
following day. The
report can also be faxed or e-mailed if those methods are preferable. |
| The inspection is a visual inspection of
the major systems. There is no warranty
or guarantee. |
| The typical sequence
of the inspection is to start on the outside, then do the
basement, and then work up through the home. |
